Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Classes
Group classes are not running at the moment but one to one Kundalini
Yoga and Meditation classes are available.
I have the space for one or two people to have a class together and be able
to socially distance. Beautiful room in Heysham, well ventilated and thoroughly
cleaned between classes to adhere to our present situation re health
and hygiene standards.
£30 per two people. (£15 each)

Through the physical and mental practices of yoga, you can achieve deep relaxation that helps maintain inner peace and a positive self image. Other benefits include balancing and stimulating the glandular system, strengthening the nervous system and improved functioning of organs and bodily systems. Kundalini Yoga also helps to stabilize us emotionally and relieves stress.
